George has more than 17 combined years of experience in Recruiting, Technical and Project Management. He has expertise with strategic planning, organization reengineering, policy design, and cost control managing with regard to employee relations.
After a five year stretch in the United States Air Force, George began his career as a Technical Specialist with Procter & Gamble Cosmetics & Fragrance Division. He progressed in this position with roles in Quality Assurance, Human Resources and Information Technology where he worked as a Project Manager. After a 10 year career with Procter & Gamble, George relocated to Central Florida and joined Walt Disney World Parks and Resorts. As a Project Management Professional (PMP), George has progressively grown in the area of Information Technology and had the opportunity to lead several corporate-wide initiatives.
George’s focus in IT Project Management has developed his strength in recruiting, leadership coaching, employee relations, benefits and employment law. In addition to being certified as a Project Management Professional in 2005, George has a B.S. in Management Science from Coppin State University and an MBA in Management Information Systems from the Carey Business School of The Johns Hopkins University.

Sarah Morales has more than 16 years experience progressing through HR generalist and management roles working at companies such as W.R.Grace & Co., H.T.E., Inc., Onvia, CopperCom, Inc. and CBIZ before starting her own consulting firm, Human Resources Strategies, Inc. Sarah has exercised her strength in the functions of recruiting, performance management, training/coaching, benefits and compensation administration, employment law, and employee relations in industries such as local and federal governments, technology, telecommunications, specialty chemicals, public relations and retail.
Sarah has a B.A. in Social Psychology from Florida Atlantic University. She is a certified Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR), and is an active member of the local Human Resources Association of Broward County. Today Sarah continues to work with executive and management teams nationwide to lead companies through swift ramp-ups, IPO activities, company closures, bankruptcies and regeneration scenarios.
